Many of the events of that night are a blur, but somehow, I did speak to you on the phone and you assured me that you would take care of Stephanie. I told my father that I was very impressed that at 9 or 10 pm, I was able to speak to Mr. Stygar.

T he whole staff was as helpful as could be and the friendliness & honesty you showed was beyond our expectations. You made a very difficult time a little easier to handle.
